An article co-authored by five scientists, all with close connections to ICTP, has made it to the cover of Nature Nanotechnology. The article, entitled "Colossal Magnetic Anisotropy of Monatomic Free and Deposited Platinum Nanowires," was published in the "Letters" section, Nature Nanotechnology Vol. 3, January 2008, pages 22-25. The authors are Alexander Smogunov, Andrea Dal Corso, Anna Delin, Ruben Weht and Erio Tosatti.
